We are seeking an experienced and vibrant administrative support officer for our multidisciplinary mental health team. 

Salary range $43,000 to $65,000 + Super (pro-rata) dependent on suitable experience, qualifications, and skills.

About the role: 

Our growing practice needs a Client Relationship Officer/Receptionist 3 days a week. The role is a job share, hours and days of the role are open to negotiation for the right candidate. 

The role will be predominately working from home and applicants Australia-wide are encouraged to apply. If working from home doesn't work for you, we could offer an onsite location to the right candidate in Young, Cowra, or Parkes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Be willing to contribute to the expansion of AWI Consulting outside the realms of an ordinary private practice.

  • Ensure feedback, trends, and insights flow to the Director in order for us to continuously improve the overall client experience

  • Produce ideas and solutions that will improve the overall client experience

  • Foster great relationships with referrers and other organisations within our awesome communities

What we are looking for (Selection Criteria): 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills

  • Professional approach and manner

  • Experience working in a similar role (reception/administration)

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • High level of organisation and time management skills

  • Ability to work both within a team and autonomously
